Orders are delivered to the address you specify in Hong Kong — offices, warehouses, shops and estate management offices.
Outlying islands excluded
We do not currently deliver to the outlying islands; contact us and we can discuss alternatives.

Orders are handled and delivered by us, without a third-party intermediary.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges agreed on enquiry
Charges depend on the delivery area, order contents and timing. They are stated with your quotation — nothing is added afterwards.
- Your quotation includes the delivery charge, so you know the full amount before ordering.
- Tell us at enquiry if you need split deliveries or a specific time slot, and we will quote for it.
- Please tell us as early as possible if the delivery address changes.

Pay instantly by FPS. Please keep the record for reconciliation.
Bank transfer
Bank transfer is available; account details are provided with your quotation.
Monthly account
Regular cleaning and property management clients can apply for a monthly account; terms are agreed individually.
Cheque
Cheques are accepted; payee details are provided with your quotation.
